This kit contains minimal tooling as it is just an ADD-ON kit for people who have already purchased a 2200 kit, instead of purchasing a full 2200BS stand alone oversize (Big Sert) kit.

IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY HAVE A 2200 KIT, THE 2200BSAO KIT WILL NOT HAVE ENOUGH TOOLING TO COMPLETE THE REPAIR

Time Sert inserts self locking. On installation the bottom internal threads of the insert are cold rolled to expand the mating external threads into the base material locking the insert in place.

BIG-SERT OVERSIZED UNIVERSAL HEAD BOLT
10 inserts of a 30mm length included in kit.
Normally used when a helicoil or coil style insert has failed
